KAY. SO I HAD TO DELETE AND REUPLOAD THIS BITCH I had originally filed a dispute so poor poor germany could see it and then the lovely sequoy-quoy told me that she did that once and got a strike. well, considering I have two stupid strikes already she and I decided it would be a great idea to try to avoid the third in every way possible. ANYHOOO. Here it is! my first LEGIT LP vid Ive done since I actually became GOOD at editing... even though that is still questionable. I used to ONLY ship them in the beginning but then I lost all my OTH clips. after watching this whole past season I was telling myself that I didnt really mind lucas and peyton not being there... BUT I CANNOT LIE TO MYSELF ANYMORE. I MISS THEM *sobs* I totally totally love them to pieces and totally TOTALLY miss them... but at least I get to bask in the epicness that IS them for 6 whole seasons :D I hopeyou like it!

SO IT HAPPENED. I finally jumped on the once upon a time bandwagon and Im never going back. I HAVE SO MANY FEELINGS. I JUST. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM. If I have a OUAT therapy session right now, im never going to stop typing. so im just going to say: these two are precious and I cannot handle their epicness and I Just want to crawl into a hole and die because their real life storyline is breaking my heart. First of all, I need to thank the judges once again for extending the deadline. It helped me out like you wouldnt even believe... so thank you :)
This was made for the So You Think You Can Vid no effects challenge. and when they say no effects, THEY MEAN NO EFFECTS. it took me a little while to get into the groove of this challenge because I felt so constricted at first- even though I dont really use effects, just not being able to zoom and use my brightness/contrast flash was making my hyperventilate. BUT. I did it! I really loved this challenge and how much we were able to do with how little elements we had to work with BECAUSE it did push us all and it really made me realize that you can make beautiful videos with literally nothing at all. just the clips and a few dissolves.
This was my third started video for this challenge and luckily my inspiration stuck with me long enough to finish it. I love this video and these two so much...and yes. I almost broke down into tears while editing it. AND I FINALLY USED THIS SONG. but I have to warn you, I have two previously started videos to this song that I fully intend to finish. So im going to overuse the crap out of it. ITS TOO BEAUTIFUL. I CANNOT HELP IT.

First of all, let me say how excited I am that I got through. This contest has been amazing so far and I am nothing but honored to still be around.
This challenge was super hard. I was all excited for it, and then I realized how hard promos actually are. Finding the right clips, especially when it comes to sound bytes. And not giving anything away but including enough stuff to peak the viewers interst... SO DAMN HARD. But I loved it! I had been planning to do fringe all along if I had made it through so I was super excited when I got through on this round.

YES. I finally got with the program and watched Harpers Island. WAS I MISSING OUT ON LIFE OR WHAT?!? I absolutely effing ADORED this show. I seriously became obsessed after the first episode. I finished the entire series in a day and I didnt go to bed till 8 a.m.... Have I told you im super obsessive? haha. but anyway.. yeah. I am in love/obsessed/headoverheels for this show. It is just brilliant. I spent the better of the 11ish hours being completely mauled emotionally. JUST ASK SEQUOYA. I had to send her some commentary because I couldnt handle all of my emotions *cries* but its okay. I survived and actually the ending was TOTALLY what I wanted (minus a marriage..HAHA)
...Which brings me to these two. I. absolutely. adore. these. two. like. you. wouldnt. even. believe. From the very first scene I saw Jimmy and he looked up at abby on the boat and smiled that EFFING ADORABLE PERFECT SMILE OF HIS, i was a goner. In a good way of course. I fell head over heels in love with these two (and you know how THEIR story goes) so lets just say I was having some major issues in the latter half of the episodes. good lord. TALK ABOUT EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER TO THE MAX. anyway.. I thought this song fit them perfectly. to be honest with you, I feel like this is MAYBE mediocre.. at BEST. My editing seriously slacked and it makes me sad because I wanted my first harpers vid to be awesome but what can you do? I hope you guys enjoy anyway :D
