In this tutorial I show you how to hit the "Ed's Solo" section from EDtrio by Void222X on Clone Hero! This is the method I used to hit the full section as cleanly as I possibly could - feel free to incorporate anything else into it if that makes it easier for you. Notes about Button Notation for you to refer to:
For this tutorial I use button notation to show you exactly which notes you should be hitting with which hand.
1 to 5 is Green to Orange, numbers inside parentheses are to be hit with your tapping hand, and numbers without parentheses are to be hit with your fretting hand. Numbers inside square brackets are to be anchored (held down) until another bracket shows up in the line of numbers.
12345 = GRYBO
(232) = Tapping Hand
343 = Fretting Hand
[1] = Anchored Note

Part 1 and part 3 involve one-handing.
