Executive editor for commercial aviation Jens Flottau on his recent visit to Mobile, Alabama, an assembly and delivery site for Airbus commercial aircraft in the U.S.

The site recently opened its second A320 Final Assembly Line (FAL), becoming the third FAL in operation at the facility that has tripled in size since Airbus started manufacturing commercial aircraft in the U.S. in 2015.
