See how to edit a PDF document in Adobe Illustrator. This is something that can be frustrating at times because Illustrator opens PDF docs as linked documents by default. They have to be switched to embedded, then released from their clipping mask, then ungrouped, and then the individual elements (such as text and shapes) will be editable.
