Now they’re cooking up PLASTIC biscuits? As if engineered meat wasn’t enough. Scientists are 3D-printing “protein biscuits” out of PET bottles using engineered yeast — and calling it innovation. I’m calling it what it is: dystopian bullshit. First bugs, now plastic bottles. Antimony trioxide, phthalates (hello, endocrine disruptors), leftover solvents and pesticides — that’s what’s actually in your “sustainable snack.” Your body doesn’t need synthetic protein from trash. It needs animal foods — meat, organs, nose-to-tail — with some fruit and veggies on the side. Hard pass on plastic biscuits.
