Knife attacks are intense. This game/drill set aims to manufacture this intensity in a relatively safe, repeatable and gamified way in order for coaches and students to assess performance, identify deficiencies and systematically address them.
There is more to this drill than I have covered in this short video including the leadup progressions, skill development phases and the inclusion of emotional/behavioural and bio-mechanical pre-attack indicators.
