As part of Mountains of Milano, Echoes of Altitude event transformed Milan Central Station into an immersive dialogue of sound and scent.

An acoustic mapping of the Adamello Glacier, captured by sound artist Neunau through the Fonetica Glaciale project, intertwined with the olfactory intervention of artist and researcher Sissel Tolaas, inviting visitors to an intimate reflection on the mountain and the sensations of altitude.

The evening opened with a conversation between Neunau, Sissel Tolaas, glaciologist and researcher Giovanni Baccolo and curator and founder of Threes Production Ruggero Pietromarchi, exploring the dialogue between art, science, and perception. Culinary creations by Altatto completed the experience.
