Starting the day with Class D1842/47192 from Duffield to Wirksworth where we see Class 73001, Class 26007 and Class 31601 then finally Class 121 W55034 takes us back from Wirksworth to Duffield. All of these locomotives were in action on 12/8/2023 as I visit the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway for the Diesel Gala.
Also visible in the yard Class 33103 Swordfish.
The first part of the video is mainly a ride from Duffield to Wirksworth behind the locomotive from the front coach, the middle section is a few loco moves and the end is a ride back to Duffield from Wirksworth on the DMU, chapters are included if you want to skip certain sections.
