As I said in both videos - it does NOT decock & that means to release the PISTON without the gears or bolt cycling.
There is no link from the SAFETY to the PISTON.
That video of the guy explaining how to decock the ebolt - you can hear the piston fly forward when he puts it on safe, the now released version CANNOT do this.
He tells you that pulling the charging handle back to move the bolt does nothing, which also isn't true.
It's just like a gbbr or even a live ar15
If you fire the gun, it blows the bolt back & if you take the mag out & put a new one in, the gun will fire as normal.
If the gun WERE to decock, it would fire the chambered round.
So on the e-ebolt, you put the mag in & use the charging handle to cycle the bolt & load/chamber the first round.
The 'other' video/s mentions you need to pull it back until it locks open, he says this so that it will lock the piston back ready to fire - if you don't do that, you'll load a round but the piston won't be locked back and ready to use & you'll need to double chamber a round.
Trouble is, I have one in my hands & other people have seen a few videos & as I state - this is NOT the same.
