This song goes out to anyone whos ever experienced a love where it was the right person, but the timing wasnt right—yet that feeling of hope lingers that somewhere down the road it will work out. Despite the quasi-serious overtones of a possible love lost, Quiñones and his crew bring a balanced set of vocal harmonies that strike the perfect equilibrium, acting as the spiritual successor to the likes of Alton Ellis and Brenton Wood. Quiñoness signature vibrato carries the emotional weight, while a warm sax solo also supplied by Quiñones himself peaks through midway like an island ray of sunshine breaking through a tuft of clouds, as if to reassure you that its going to work out.
