Bought a PS4 off Ebay which showed a black screen but a white light.

Replaced the mangled HDMI port,

sped up disassembly,
replacement of HDMI port,
my method of port alignment,
sped up replacement of thermal paste on APU,
sped up cleaning of Blu Ray drive and
sped up re-assembly.

Aoyue 968A+ re-work station (soldering iron)
Quick 861DW hot air station (on port)
Duratool 80w desoldering gun (to unblock holes + hot air)
Amtech NC-559-V2-TF flux
Kapton tape
Leaded solder
T10 security screwdriver
Phillips screwdriver
Artic MX-4 thermal paste
cocktail stick
part of old credit card.
