I turned my family vegetarian without telling them! Eating vegetarian (and vegan!) meals for a whole week, without my husband knowing, and seeing his reaction throughout the week to only eating veggie meals! I tried to make all the meals as whole, healthy and budget as possible! It was V fun eating only vegetarian meals and seeing if my husband noticed.
