It’s John’s birthday, and they celebrate by eating their way through New York. Dessert’s first at Dominique Ansel Bakery, but Christine and John had to settle for a frozen s’more as the cronut was sold out. Hung joins them for New York-style pizza, soup dumplings/xiaolongbao at shanghai Cafe, and then Christine’s cousin and friends join them for cocktails and dinner at Bar Goto. Overall, it was a fantastic day, aside from the mishap involving a curb at the end of the night.
