The singular myth about eating disorders that we will *continue* to debunk loud and from the rooftops is that they have a certain "look."

What we know is that eating disorders show up in people of all body sizes, all ages, all genders, and all backgrounds. And when we make assumptions about someone's health based on their appearance, *so* much gets missed.

So, this is a gentle reminder that eating disorders don't have a "look" — anyone can be struggling with an eating disorder and that struggle is often so much more internal than anything else.
