If you're unable to Eat, Drink, Carry or Insert from inventory in Star Citizen 4.1, item recovery has made an old bug much worse. Old workarounds no longer work.

I've tried all old fixes for this bug which has severe impact on the ability to take on the new Hathor laser platforms, making it so that you cannot open the PAF rooms or OLP supervisor door.
