Onboard EasyJet flight 2309 from Luton to Gran Canaria on May 2nd 2024. The allocated aircraft for this flight changed several times during the day due to disruption in the early morning affecting the first wave of departures around 6am. That disruption was lightning. Huge storm in the area and lots of lightning in the early hours which subsequently had a knock on for the days operations. So it changed from a few A320 NEOs and finally settled with this A320 CEO which was inbound from Pula, Croatia. A busy flight, but not full. A handful of empty seats dotted about. Once airborne, a flight time just under 4 hours.
