Hi, welcome to another weekend video, my weekend usually are days in the week because my work schedule, this one I decided to take it a little easier in the first day and enjoy of a little relax time healing a back pain that I was having. I baked the banana bread that my husband loves and I will share here the ingredients and also links to items that you watch on my video.
BANANA BREAD INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted or room temperature
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 buttermilk
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt
