In this video we make an easy sweet chili sauce.

I wanted to share this sauce with you, because it's so easy to make. The possibilities with this sauce are endless. So it's always easy to have a bottle at home. For lumpia, chicken, shrimp, bao, etc.

Ingredients:
- Red Chili, 6 pcs
- Ginger, thumb size
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Sugar, 150 grams
- Water, 200 ml
- Vinegar, 50 ml
- Corn Starch, 2 tbsp
- Salt, to taste
- Soy Sauce, 30ml
