Argh – the gold didn’t cooperate with my carefully laid plan and came out of the cup too quickly in a big blob at the start of the spiral – twice. That sort of messed up my idea of what this was going to look like, but I suppose it was only to be expected. If I wanted a very thin controllable and delicate line, I should have put it in a bottle with a nib like I did with the black.
