Note: Don't add in too much flour, this will make it like mini cakes and the cookies won't spread.
Sharing with you this recipe I really like making over and over again! Super easy to make and they always come out so soft and chewy. try using good quality chocolate takes the taste and texture to another level.

Note: i mentioned 1 1/2 cups of flour but add more depending on your dough, I've always had to add around only 1/2 cup extra.
You can use an electric mixer or just a wooden spoon.
Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp (110g) melted butter - just about melted not hot-
-1 1/2 cup plain flour (180g) + more as needed
-1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
-1/4 cup (50g) light brown sugar (packed cup)
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 egg
-chocolate chips or chunks, (milk, dark, or white chocolate depends on your taste)
In a preheated oven 180C, 9 -11 minutes no more, do not over cook, they will become hard.
