It’s my last halloween tutorial, and today I wanted to do an easy last minute skull makeup look. I’m keeping this look super simple because I wanted something that both men and women could do. If you’re a man and you want to do this you could of course skip the lashes and just to a dark, messy smokey eye. Hope you like it!
