If you’ve been sewing with me for a while, you know I’ve always been a devoted skirt person. Designing a trouser pattern was a whole new journey for me, inspired entirely by your continuous love and requests.
I took time to rethink what everyday comfort really means to me, and the Hanoi Shorts & Pants is the result: a nostalgic, relaxed design that feels just like wearing your favourite flowing skirt, but with all the ease and function of pants.
Whether you're making the shorts or full-length pants, with or without the skirt layer, I hope this sewalong brings a peaceful and joyful creative moment to your day. 🌿
