When you see theirs a Plex update use below which will check Buster, OMV and Plex for updates and install if needed
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade

Added a Jellyfin image to the mix with is a nice alternative to Plex (big thanks to agent31750 youtube.com/channel/UCfsCFack-m9u2kcqRdYSsPQ/videos who told me about the software as i've never heard of it before)
