We wanted to cook some of our childhood pancake recipes! We compare a German-style pfannkuchen to an American-style pancake, making some mistakes along the way. What do pancakes look and taste like in your country? #Pfannkuchen #Pancakes #FluffyPancakes

German Pancake Ingredients:
200g Flour (1.6 cups)
375 ml Milk (1.6 cups)
1 Egg
Pinch of Salt
30 ml of Sparkling Water (2.5 tbsp.)

American Pancake Ingredients:
320g Flour (2.5 cups)
420ml Milk (1 3/4 cup)
60g Melted Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
1 Large Egg
50g Sugar (1/4 cups)
1 packet of Vanilla Sugar (germany) or 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
15g (1 packet) Baking Powder (3 tsp)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
