How to make an easy double sided origami Heart

I made this heart for Valentine's day with the following goals:
- double sided
- no loose flaps
- no unwanted creases
- no unwanted layers
- easiest as possible

So it looks like my previous heart made in 2018 (youtube.com/watch?v=7OwH9YlBSgQ ) but it's easier, less time consuming and the paper usage is more efficient (meaning you can make larger hearts from the same size of paper, or use smaller sizes). However, the 2018 version is still my favorite: it is better locked, paper distribution is great (2023 version has thin layers, 2018 version feels more high quality because of the internal layers)
