The long awaited low carb dinner recipes video! Some of my easy keto instant pot and crock pot recipes that are family friendly!
**My voiceover disappeared for the taco soup recipe and crack chicken so here it is!**
Crack Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet hidden valley ranch seasoning
- cook on low for 8 hours
- shred chicken and mix
- add bacon bits (one small bag)
- shredded cheese
- cook until melted
- serve!
Taco Soup:
- 1 pound of ground turkey meat (split for high carb and low carb soups)
- 2 cans of beans into high carb soup for the fam
- 8 cups water, 8 tsp chicken boullion
- chili powder, paprika, minced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste in both
- diced cream cheese block split between both
- rotel and black olives in low carb soup
- sauteed diced green peppers in both soups
- shredded cheese in both soups
