This is a take on my moms homemade french toast recipe. To me, this is the best french toast recipe ever because it has so many memories for me. Find out how to make this easy french toast recipe in today's Little Bits With Bii Episode

EASY FRENCH TOAST RECIPE
2-3 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
1/4 cup soy milk or milk of choice
4 slices bread of choice i used rye, most prefer white or whole wheat
1 tbsp butter for frying
Pure maple syrup
Whisk all the the ingredients in a mixing bowel, heat frying pan to medium heat, add butter to the pan, dip bread into mixture for 3-5 seconds on each side, then quickly transfer to the frying pan.
Fry for 1.5-2 mins on each side. Once both side are golden brown, serve hot with butter and pure maple syrup to dip or drizzle.
