SAUCE:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar (I use coconut palm)
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon pepper
HAMBURGER MIXTURE:
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
salt & pepper
Combine the sauce ingredients. For the meat mixture: Combine all the ingredients and add 1/4 cup of the sauce. Form into patties and grill, basting with the barbecue sauce.
