Old books with decorated or gilded spines make me swoon! I thought it would be fun to try to add something similar to books and junk journals I make.

After some experimenting, I found something that turned out great. Easy! No foil or iron. Just a little bit of gesso and metallic pens. Join me to make some faux gilded book spines!
