If you have the clue step that requires one of these shields or need it for a wyvern task and it's been a while since you completed Elemental Workshop 1 or 2, here is a quick easy tutorial on how to make both shields! The helms are the same process but require the beaten book instead.

Checklist for the mind bar section
1. Put bar on jig cart
2. Pull the west lever twice
3. East lever to turn it
4. West lever twice
5. East lever once
6. West lever twice again to drop it back on the cart
7. Middle lever to move the cart
8. Western lever (earth)
9. Middle lever to move to the next station
10. In the northern station, pull the lever to open the door
12. Corkscrew lever pushes out tracks to pull the cart in. Use this twice
13. Pull lever to close door
14. Turn both valves to open them and fill the room with water
15. Close both valves
16. Pull lever to open door
17. Corkscrew lever twice
18. Lever to close the door
19. Pull center lever to bring to next station
20. At the wind station pull the lever twice
21. Bring cart back to the start so you can grab the primed bar
22. Go downstairs, place bar on extractor gun, operate extractor hat. Now you have your bar!
