UPDATE: Inverted Affinity + Tainted is not needed with Draining Cleanse. I thought it increased the damage, but I was mistaken as it was Stay Marked that was increasing the damage.
This is on Actual NG+3 on Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. No HP Multiplier was used. Enemies get more HP and stats on every NG+ till NG+5.

Technically this is a one-shot strategy as Maelle would finish off Duollistes in both phases. Not a one-shot if you're considering all the multiple hits from other characters used to setup Maelle's attack.

*BATTLE STRATEGY:*
If you're looking to farm for Lumina and can't find a good place in your New Game Plus 3, then this video will be super helpful - provided you still don't have enough Lumina in your NG+3 playthrough. Otherwise, this is a super simple strategy on taking down the Duollistes on New Game Plus 3.
Set your turn order as shown in the video.
Turn 1 & 2 Monoco - Shoot until no AP is left and then do a Base Attack. You should have Burns over 100. If not, then perhaps close to 100 Burns.
Turn 1 Maelle - Shoot once and then do Swift Stride. This will change her to Virtuose Stance and apply Mark as well.
Turn 2 - Do Burning Canvas to finish Phase 1. It doesn't matter if the Mark stays or not.
Turn 1 Sciel - Shoot some to increase burn. If you can't apply it, not to worry. Make sure to use Our Sacrifice. This will take away all HP from Monoco and Maelle, making them go next due to Shortcut, instead of the Duolliste.
Turn 2 Sciel - Shoot some more, then do Fortune's Fury on Maelle.
Turn 3 Monoco - Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack.
Turn 4 Monoco - Shoot and apply Blue Mark. Your Burn should be over 100.
Turn 3 Maelle - Use Burning Canvas to finish Phase 2. I've tested and Maelle can still kill if Duolliste isn't marked.

*UPDATE (August 7, 2025): No NPC quests will be affected as long as you don’t run into bosses. You can meet the white robed elder along this way if you want to complete his quest line. I just checked this by going to the Zhenwu Antechamber and returned to Clouspire and all the NPCs are there and their quests can be completed*
Allow me to share the most incredible farming spot in Wuchang Fallen Feathers where you can farm over 300,000 red mercury in an hour. Plus, the enemies at this location drop red mercury items which can be consumed to further increase your level!
This area can be accessed right after you defeat Commander Honglan, at the very start of chapter 2. Instead of going into Cloudspire, we will make our way to Mount Zhenwu. And the best thing about this is that there are no bosses that need to be defeated to reach this area.

This has to be the easiest way to defeat Osquio on NG+2 and below (yes, this can be done on NG and NG+1) with the minimum Lumina needed. If you do not have Auto Powerful, Exposing Attack and have issues dodging or parrying, then this video is for you!
Make sure to set your turn order as shown at the start of the video. We will do this in parties of two:
Party No. 1: Monoco, Verso and Lune
Party No. 2: Maelle and Sciel
Verso needs to be at 1 HP. If youre not at 1HP before the battle, add Auto Death and Survivor. Since I was already at 1HP, I didnt need to add them here.
Lune dies and applies burn. Monoco applies Greater Defenceless with Grosse Teté Whack and then uses Healing Tint on himself to KO. Verso does Steeled Strike to end Phase 1.
Osquio will kill Verso and then you will get the option to send in your Reserve Team. Select yes and make sure Maelle goes first followed by Sciel.
Maelle uses Guard Down to apply Greater Defenceless and on her second turn uses Last Chance. Have Sciel shoot to stun Osquio and then have her use Fortunes Fury followed by Intervention on Maelle. Osquio should be stunned and marked. Use Burning Canvas by Maelle to finish the battle.
This has to be the simplest way to defeat Osquio on NG+2 and can be done on your previous playthroughs.

Yes, the very same Marvin Branagh who Leon encounters at the RPD. The poor kid writes letters to her mother as she tries to flee the horrors of Raccoon City back in September of 1998.
Finding all the letters results in Leon getting the RPD Charm, which increases his firepower when near death.
