CILANTRO LIME RICE
1.5 cups white rice
1.5 cups water
Splash of oil & vinegar
Make rice according to this (youtu.be/JoA6ofUq22w) video then stir in the following
1.5 Tbsp dried cilantro (3 tablespoons chopped fresh)
2 Tbsp Lime juice
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper

To an instant pot add 16 oz elbow macaroni, 4 cups chicken broth, 2 Tbsp butter, and your choice of seasoning. I like to use salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dry mustard. Cook on manual high pressure for 5 min and then do a quick release. Slowly stir in whatever cheese you like. I do a total of about 2 cups of cheese, stirring in a little at a time. Add in ¼ cup of milk. Once that’s all combined add in 3 ½ cups of chili. Stir well and add more cheese if you like.
