Here's Ira, the camera man standing in and making his favorite corn recipe that slaps! Mexican Street Corn is like the A+++++ version of enjoying corn on the cob. Tangy sour cream and lime, spicy chipotle pepper, fresh cilantro and a salty pop from vegan feta or parm take this to the next level. This recipe is something I have started making quite often and is surprisingly simple.
