Received a request for a super easy cloud tutorial. This is the most simple way I know for dark skies. I would suggest trying different pastel colors based on the colored palette.
My favorite colors for clouds include peach, or lilac or a pastel blue. Adding the bumps to different areas of the cloud and keeping some white helps bring depth too.
If the sky is a light color I add acrylic white on the line art. I'll try to share a version of this at a later time.
To add more color for a night sky I sometimes use a Tombow clear water-based marker to blend.
