Control any card to the bottom or the top of the deck with this super easy but extremely effective technique of cutting a deck of playing cards. The double undercut has become one of the most famous moves in card magic, since Dai Vernon invented it. He was known to say that he regretted inventing it, because it gave magicians an excuse to avoid learning the Pass. The Double Undercut has had the most profound impact on card magic of any move invented in the last century. Because of that the Double Undercut is either overused by magicians or abused, because it is badly performed most of the time. This is because the mechanics of the Double Undercut a very easy to master, but since it is a card control hiding in plain side, many performers rush through it or bring attention to it, because of the magicians guild. HOWEVER performed well, THE DOUBLE UNDERCUT is a very useful MEANS OF CARD CONTROL, which any novice of card magic needs to master!!!
