I started using a wacom tablet (intuospro medium) some time ago and got into the habit of drawing a couple of frames every day to create random animations, such as these. Great fun.
I couldn't draw much more complex things than this, but I quite enjoy how much expression and personality a couple of white lines can communicate. I start by drawing black lines with the 'free hand path' tool on a 'vector layer' in Krita software. I export them as .png files with transparent background, add, sequence and invert them (to white) in Adobe Premiere Elements over the blue light background, that I found in the 'glow pack' in the 'werble app'.
