***SUBSCRIBE*** I used a UV top coat with these to make them last. This UV top coat is formulated to work with regular nail polish. It helps to smooth out the glitter shards that can be a bit scratchy. Anyone can do this nail design. It is very easy to do and goes great with the holiday. Please enjoy and thanks for watching.
