Singapore’s Transport Minister Chee Hong Tat on Tuesday (Oct 15) said the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will conduct an investigation into the “root cause” of the recent East-West Line disruption with the support of an advisory panel. He added that LTA will mete out penalties if the probe reveals lapses.
