Description: My name is Orry Martin: The Texas Snake Hunter. This is the Southern Copperhead (Agkistrodon contortrix contortrix). I catch and relocate more of these than any other snake in my area of Texas. These little pit vipers are beautifully patterned and perfectly camoflaged for their habitat. While most are fairly passive, this guy became heated real quick.

My name is Orry Martin: The Texas Snake Hunter. This documentary is about the Eastern Coachwhip Snake (Masticophis flagellum flagellum). This is a nonvenomous snake in Texas that grows to amazing lengths. They are extremely fast, but even more beautiful. Thanks to Nathan Wells for helping me to catch this amazing snake.
