****EASIEST BOSS TO KILL IN ELDEN RING****
Came across this glitch in Caelid while fighting the Death Rite Bird right next to this area. Somehow the Night's Cavalry Boss died for no reason after I ran away, so I went back to the spot in NG+ to figure out how I did it.

You can easily add this boss for runes when making a new character
along with Greyoll Dragon and Night's Cavalry with Bloodhound step.
