Have you ever tried the black ice technique in your card making? If you have, you may have found it to be quite challenging. Well today you will learn the secret to creating a stunning black ice effect every time! And I have two different ways you can use this technique in your card making.
The cards feature the Peaceful Evergreens and Shepherd’s Card stamp sets from the Stampin’ Up! However, keep in mind that this technique will work with many different stamp sets.
