Emergency Alert System (EAS) scenario. This is the first issued warning of the new Confederated Australian Territory Emergency System. At the following audio signal, all C.A.T citizens are required to stop what they are doing and follow the instructions given within. The warning will be issued immediately after the audio signal has been given, and those who fail to comply with the newly established Home Act Law (H.A.L) will be forcibly removed and escorted to Government Facilities for evaluation.
