Yeah, level one, New Junk City. There was a secret in the boss fight against Chuck, but they removed it from this port. Try to press A when jumping on the spring in the SNES version, or something, and then you get shot up to some extra shots, and life. I think this was removed from the GBA port as well, but that version stunk.
