Part 31A - Pyramid entrance to Guardian General

It can be difficult to conserve PP in the Pyramid, so buy some Bottles of DXwater (recovers 40 PP for Poo) from the vendor outside the Pyramid. Have Poo use Freeze, Lifeup, and Healing as much as possible.

Bring the Slime Generator as well because it often works against the Guardian General and the strongest enemies in the Pyramid.

Hieroglyph enemies that emerge from walls seem to always fight alone. You can avoid fighting groups of enemies by engaging a hieroglyph on a wall first.

Poo will leave the party for a while after clearing the Pyramid. If he has any items you want to keep, give them to someone else.

Outline:

Prior - Examine the hieroglyphs on the second floor of the Museum in Summers.
1:35 - Open the Pyramid entrance. When stepping on a switch, if a dialogue window appears saying, ".....," return to Summers and examine the hieroglyphs in the Museum.
8:04 - Defeat the Guardian General.

Notes:

0:30 - Dread Skelpion: can use Thunder α and ß.

1:53 - Photo spot: in front of the Pyramid entrance. I avoid it by using Teleport.

2:14 - Fierce Shattered Man: vulnerable to Paralysis and Freeze.

2:39 - Mummy Wrap: inflicts about 200~350 HP of damage and solidifies its target. Can sometimes fail.

3:00 - Guardian Hieroglyph: can use Thunder and Flash. Defeat first when facing a group.

3:28 - Viper: poisons a target.

3:46 - Lethal Asp Hieroglyph: has a powerful biting attack. Keep your HP near max.

3:53 - Pharaoh's Curse: poisons a target.

5:32 - The top-left door leads to a Bag of Dragonite, but it's two rooms away.

6:18 - Petrified Royal Guard: has powerful physical attacks. Both Paralysis and the Slime Generator are effective.

My rules for this walkthrough:

1. I don't use Big/Multi Bottle Rockets because I think they make the game too easy. My hope is that not using Bottle Rockets will give you a better sense of what each boss is like and make these videos more interesting.

2. I don't do any level grinding. I'll point out when I think I'm under-leveled in the videos.
