Part 18B - Exploring Dusty Dunes Desert
I open all gift boxes in the desert and fight some enemies. If you just want to move the story along, give the miner a food item or condiment, talk to the Topolla Theater manager in Fourside, and return to the mine.
Outline:
0:34 - Double Burger: recovers about 90 HP
1:17 - Cup of Lifenoodles: revives someone at 0 HP or cures most status effects

2:08 - Skip Sandwich DX: increases walking speed for 20 seconds
2:21 - Big Bottle Rocket: fires 5 Bottle Rockets at a target; usable only by Jeff
3:02 - Contact Lens: give to a guy in Fourside Bakery to receive Dirty Socks, which solidifies a single random target but can be used only once
3:17 - Double Burger
3:57 - PSI Caramel: recovers about 20 PP
4:45 - Sudden Guts Pill: doubles someone's Guts during a fight
5:08 - $1000
Notes:
0:45 - Skelpions can use Thunder α and cause poison. Cute Li'l UFOs should be easy.
1:17 - Black Sesame Seed: you can talk to it and get your picture taken. The White Sesame Seed is near 2:20.
1:26 - Crested Booka: defeat with Freeze when facing a group.
I don't encounter the Smilin' Sphere, an enemy that can use Fire and explodes when defeated. Use PSI Shield Σ and always defeat it last.
5:08 - Insert $1 into the broken slot machine to play. You can win a PSI Caramel, a Chick, a Skip Sandwich, or a Can of Fruit Juice.
My rules for this walkthrough:
1. I don't use Big/Multi Bottle Rockets because I think they make the game too easy. My hope is that not using Bottle Rockets will give you a better sense of what each boss is like and make these videos more interesting.
2. I avoid level grinding as much as possible. I point out when I think I'm under-leveled.
