1. As the observer rises, the horizon moves further into the distance. The height of horizon, and the height of Earth bulge, and the height that a distant object appears obscured, are three different values.
2. Increasing magnification only enlarges view. It does NOT contribute to parallax, since physical distance does not change. Magnification will NOT allow you to see further below horizon, or cause objects to seem to rise vertically.
3. We only see parallax if the camera/observer moves.
