I'm developing a 2D Comic book styled Action Platformer on game maker. and this is how it's at at the moment. Still very early in development.
The songs are indeed taken from Megaman X and Megaman X3 but they wont be used in the final version of the game, obviously.

Menu theme : Megaman X menu theme
Stage theme: Megaman X3 Intro stage (SNES version)
