This video shows an early beta version of the new Bulk ATC Unload screen for the SYIL X7 running the Syntec 22MA control.
The goal of this new screen is to make unloading multiple tools from the automatic tool changer much faster and easier. Instead of removing tools one at a time manually, the operator can select the tools that need to be removed and let the machine handle the unload process.
In this video I walk through how the screen works, demonstrate the current beta functionality, and show how the ATC responds during the unload process.
This is still an early beta version, so the screen and functionality may continue to change as testing continues.
