There were an estimated 40 million bison in the US, in the early 1800s.

By 1884, the population was estimated at 325. I'll let you find out why on your own. Due to conservation efforts, bison would increase to 1,000 by 1910.

This is my re-imagining of what it would look like to see a small herd stampeding next to a train. Which was apparently something they actually did!

I used some assets from the Unreal marketplace, a bunch of reference video and photos, LightWave, Blender, Unity, Photoshop, Glom, Conjure, PowerUp, and Glycon3D were used in this.
