This inexpensive drone is the smoothest flying drones that I've tested. It's extremely stable, and perfect to help beginners learn the basics before progressing to better, more expensive drones. This drone gets a rare QC101 thumbs up for fun! Find it here bit.ly/EachineE017
Pros
- Tiny, highly portable folding drone.
- Propellers ducting provides both improved propeller efficiency and protection.
- Very stable and smooth in flight. With practice you'll be able to do extreme maneuvers in very close quarters.
- Weighs only 23 grams with battery, and does not require registration.
- 3.8V 150mah battery provides approximately 6 minutes flight time per charge.
- Advanced flight modes include altitude hold, headless mode, flips, spin, and one key return.
Cons
- Brushed 615 motors. They will fail eventually. But hopefully the pilot will be trained and ready to progress to a higher end drone by that time.
